Ingredients

  • 4 spring roll skins (TYJ)

  • 4 seaweed sheets

  • 2 jumbo eggs

  • 1 tsp raw sugar

Preparation

Step 1


Combine the sugar into the eggs and beat gently. This will serve as the egg wash.



Step 2


Brush the egg wash on top of the spring roll skins.



Step 3


Lay the seaweed on top and brush again with the egg wash to ensure they stick together.



Step 4


Let it dry for 30 mins.



Step 5


Cut it up into small pieces (3 cm x 3 cm).



Step 6


Air fry them at 160°C for 5 mins.
