Ingredients
200 g black glutinous rice
150 mL light coconut milk
2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
60 g monkfruit sugar (Lakanto)
pandan leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine black glutinous rice, Monkfruit sugar and pandan leaves in 2 L of water.
Step 2
Boil for 1 hour.
Step 3
Turn off the heat and remove the pandan leaves.
Step 4
Add in 100 mL of coconut milk and stir until it is even.
Step 5
Serve with the remaining coconut milk and sesame seeds if you wish.
