About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 100g Beancurd Sheet

  • 50g Barley

  • 50g Gingko Nuts

  • 4 eggs

  • 3L water

  • 40g rock sugar / monkfruit sugar

  • 1 Pandan leaf (optional)

Preparation

Step 1


Add barley and pandan leaf into 3L of water.



Step 2


Boil for 30 mins under high heat.



Step 3


Soak your beancurd sheet in water only if the sheet you bought is hard to cut down cooking time (optional).



Step 4


Add in the softened beancurd sheet, gingko nuts and sugar. Boil for another 30 mins.



Step 5


Add in the eggs before serving.
