Ingredients

  • 5 jumbo eggs

  • 500g high protein yoghurt (YoPro)

  • 250g cream cheese (Philadelphia)

  • 30g all-purpose flour

  • 200g monkfruit sugar (Lakanto)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1


Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.



Step 2


Add all the other ingredients into the cream cheese.



Step 3


Beat the mixture at a lower speed until they are incorporated together.



Step 4


Line a square/rectangle pan with non-stick baking paper.



Step 5


Pour the mixture into the pan above.



Step 6


Bake at 220°C in an oven for 45 mins.



Step 7


Refrigerate for at least a few hours (or overnight) for better taste and textures.
